Initial business checkup
A business performs at the level of its weakest pillar. This checkup scores 24 questions across the 6 Pillars and ends with your business score and your three top priorities in order of impact.
Score each statement against today’s reality: how true is it?
1 = not true at all · 2 = slightly · 3 = partly · 4 = mostly true · 5 = completely true
From answers to priority, in three steps
You answer
24 questions, each scored 1 to 5. About five minutes, no reports or prepared numbers needed.
The result is built
Your overall score, each pillar’s score out of 20, and the three top priorities in order of impact.
You get a priority
Every priority comes with why it matters and a first practical step, so you know where to start this month.
Questions people ask before deciding
What does this checkup tell me that I do not already know?
You feel the pain, but the real problem usually sits somewhere else. This checkup scores the six pillars so you see which pillar is your growth ceiling — and which one is merely the loudest.
I have no numbers or reports ready — can I take it now?
Yes. The answers come from your knowledge of today’s situation; no prepared report is needed. If you do not know a number, that statement is simply not true for you and scores low — not knowing it is part of the picture and shows up in that pillar.
How do I turn the result into action?
Three simple steps: take the priority ranked first and push only that one for the next thirty days; set a single number for it so you can tell whether you are moving; review that number once a week. If a pillar came out critical, make it your reference point and let the rest wait.
How is the full checkup different from this one?
This checkup builds the overall picture and the order of priorities from your own knowledge. The full checkup adds real data (sales, costs, funnel, capacity) and team interviews, names the bottleneck with its financial impact, and writes a 90-day roadmap with owners and indicators. If the result shows a critical pillar, that deeper review is what makes sense next.
What happens after the consultation?
That session ends with one clear priority and a first practical step — it is not wasted even if we never work together. The decision to continue is entirely yours, and if the method does not fit your situation I will say so plainly right there.
Why is the consultation not free?
Because a session that costs nothing is not taken seriously by either side: you do not arrive prepared, and full time and expertise cannot go into it. A session that starts with commitment from both sides ends with a clear decision, not with pleasantries.
If you want a deeper review
The priorities you saw are built from your own knowledge. If you want them sharpened with real data, financial impact and a 90-day roadmap, that is what the consultation is for — and if you do not need it, I will say so right there.
